About Europol Defence Lawyers

Meet Europol Defence Lawyers — an independent EU practice for Europol data-protection: access and erasure, EDPS complaints, third-country transfers and CJEU.

Europol Defence Lawyers is the European data-protection practice of Collegium of International Lawyers LP (LP023044). We act for individuals and companies who need to understand, correct or challenge the personal data that Europol processes about them.

Our work covers the full life-cycle of a data-protection matter: establishing what Europol holds through an access request, seeking rectification or erasure of inaccurate or unlawful data, complaining to the independent European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS), and — where administrative remedies fail — pursuing an action before the Court of Justice of the EU.

Cross-border cases require coordinated action in more than one country at once. We work with trusted local counsel across the European Union so that every step is handled coherently and quickly.
